What more do I need to say? I think the picture speaks for itself. :) This is the reason I haven't blogged much lately. Not because I haven't had anything to think about or because I haven't felt like writing, but because I've been... *ahem* distracted. In the best possible way.

Seventeen days ago, less than 72 hours after Lee arrived in Africa to meet my family for the first time, he proposed... and of course I said yes. Happy doesn't even begin to describe how I feel.

Sometimes there are no words.

I have long dreamt of meeting a man... a real man... who loved God above all else, who was truly serious about his Christianity. One who would be the kind of leader I could lovingly follow and work with for the rest of my life. A man I could look up to, who would challenge me to be my best, who I thought was more than I deserved. Someone for whom I could fervently thank God every single day of the rest of my life.

Yes, my last post was about him, if you didn't guess that already.

His name's Lee Parish, I love him, and I'm gonna marry him. Yep. :)

So there ya go. Maybe one of these days I'll tell our courtship story. Right now I'm just kinda floating along, enjoying it all.

I'm going to try to remember my blog a little more. Really. Don't roll your eyes at me! Hehe... seriously... I need to write more.
